It&apos;s not clear to me, why this is in the toplevel of the ebuild. If the build script is not completely broken, this belongs into src_compile(). What made this visible to me is, that at least gnome-vfs is an undetermisirtc dependency, as the build script falls back to what it thinks is best, if the gnome use flag is not set.

Please stop using these ugly &quot;use foo || bar&quot; lines, but use the use_enable respective use_with functions.</thetext>
