Officially, we do not have a working java implementation (although we are probably going to add IcedTea once I quit slacking). For this particular package, we also require a lot of other keywording as well. Looking at the history, I infer this bug was originally about -19930201, but I'll add the dependency for -20080420 just so we keep track of it.
