<thetext>I repeatedly get the error

>>> Emerging (2 of 21) x11-misc/imake-1.0.2 to /
>>> checking ebuild checksums ;-)
>>> checking auxfile checksums ;-)
>>> checking miscfile checksums ;-)
>>> checking imake-1.0.2.tar.bz2
!!! Digest verification failed:
!!! /usr/portage/distfiles/imake-1.0.2.tar.bz2
!!! Reason: Failed on MD5 verification

!!! Expected: 02fea5a02ba2857c7d81820c8e8b8e6f

To remedy the situation I removed /usr/portage/distfiles/imake-1.0.2.tar.bz2, /usr/portage/x11-misc/imake/imake-1.0.2.ebuild, /usr/portage/x11-misc/imake/files/digest-imake-1.0.2, and then I did emerge --sync followed by emerge -pu --deep world. The error persists.

emerge --info follows
