It is a dependency of dev-lang/gnat-xxx packages, so we need this package keyworded on ppc before porting of gnat-xxx compilers can be completed. See #130509 for progress on those. This is a bash script, so it should work on every arch we support. However since this is the first time it is going to be keyworded on ppc I'd like it to go through arch test..
