<thetext>As transcode-1.0.2-r2 is waiting to get stable on x86 too, should i test dvdrip- 0.52.7-r1 with transcode-1.0.2-r2 or with transcode-0.6.14-r3 ?</thetext>

<thetext>it should work with either, but seeing the age of this bug, i would say test it with the soon to be stable transcode-1</thetext>

            <thetext>i've tested media-video/dvdrip-0.52.7-r1 [ +cdr -gnome -minimal -mplayer +ogg -rar +subtitles +xvid ] with media-video/transcode-1.0.2-r2 on x86. To do that, i pulled in the following two dependenies from ~x86

=media-video/xvid4conf-1.12
=media-video/subtitleripper-0.3.4-r1

dvdrip-0.52.7-r1 with transcode-1.0.2-r2 seems to work fine, as i successfully ripped a movie from a dvd, previewed some subtitles (i didn't rip them) and transcoded to xvid4 using avi as container format.
