I built a new ebuild for 0.6, and it compiled beautifully. I am doing further testing to make sure everything works ok. Both scripts worked without a problem. I see you removed the epatch line, which means that "inherit eutils" is no longer needed. Mentioning that the gcc patch is no longer needed is sufficient, but I do thank you for pointing out that there was something that needed changing. Since removal of the "epatch" line is hardly something copyrightable and it is abundandtly evident that the attached ebuild was modified from the original script already copyrighted by the Gentoo Foundation, the header information has been re-added and the version bump has been added to portage.
