            <thetext>/usr/share/games/nethack is missing the &apos;save&apos; directory and you are not able to
save a game because of that.

simple fix to get the saving capability back:

&apos;mkdir /usr/share/games/nethack/save&apos;
&apos;chown games:games /usr/share/games/nethack/save&apos;</thetext>
