<thetext>Hi,

The livecdfs-update.sh script seems to be slightly too sensitive about errors. Specifically the last line of targets/support/livecdfs-update.sh which reads something like

    sed -i "s:\t\[\[ -x /sbin/evms_activate:\t\[\[ \
       -x \${CDBOOT} \]\] \&\& \[\[ -x \
       /sbin/evms_activate:" /lib/rcscripts/addons/udev-start.sh

causes the build to abort because the /lib/rcscripts/addons/udev-start.sh file doesn't exist -- at least not when i do a bootstrap from a 2005.1 stage3 -> 2005.1 stage1 and try to get from that stage1 to a stage2 livecd. I should note that nothing has changed in any of the .spec files and the only variable is the catalyst version. I should also note that I've locally disabled the line with no ill effects on the generated livecd.

Could the line in question be made conditional of the file actually existing?

Cheers,</thetext>

<thetext>I've already fixed this in CVS, we just have not rolled a new catalyst rc release yet (since I've been on vacation).</thetext>
