            <thetext>dev-libs/xerces-c-2.7.0-r1 (once again using configure scripts created by autotools 2.13) installs its includes into /--prefix/ when using et_EE locales.

Using sys-devel/flex/files/flex-configure-LANG.patch in src/xercesc/ fixes this.</thetext>
