            <thetext>When using dvips on any document that uses package &apos;pst-circ&apos;(part of tetex) it complains about a missing file &apos;pst-circ.pro&apos;. Downloading it from the given URL and placing it into /usr/share/texmf/dvips/pstricks fixed the issue.</thetext>
