Install still didn't insert a good path into the $CPANBASE value setting in twiki/bin/setlib.cfg. Had to manually put twiki.conf settings into httpd.conf, since I'm not using vhosts. Plenty of other initial settings could be inserted by the ebuild, but aren't. Dependencies were added, but not all combinations of missing deps were not tested to make sure they got installed. Limited to ~x86.
