This sounds good to me, as changing the EMBOSS program would require patching quite a bit of documentation (and user&apos;s scripts would break).</thetext>

I&apos;m sanely sure I commented on this, but it was around the time that jforman was doing stuff with bugzie.

No objections to pscan being changed, but put a [R]DEP in emboss of:

To ensure it gets upgraded if it is present.</thetext>
