sci-biology/aaindex-7.0. Here is a (small) test case using EMBOSS:

$ pepwindow -datafile cedj970101 -graph png phikz-orf144.pep 
 
Open the PNG graph in your favorite viewer to ensure it was created correctly. 
The hydropathy should vary between ~ 4,8 and ~ 7,4 along the sequence.</thetext>
