Anyone with the hardware and willing to test? zzam@gentoo.org 2005-12-08 00:31:48 0000 For testing one needs a DVB or ATSC card which is supported by the driver which is included in Kernel 2.6 or provided external by media-tv/linuxtv-dvb. @tsunam: You are right, Hauppauge 150-300 cards are for analog input (they have an mpeg-encoder on board), DVB cards have no mpeg-encoder, they receive the digital-stream from satellite/terrestric sender. To test you can check wheather for example dvbsnoop-1.4.00 compiles and is usable.
