            <thetext>After I upgraded emul-linux-x86-gtklibs-2.2 from previous version (2.1),
vmware does not launch any more.
When I downgraded the emulation library, it returns to normal.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge emul-linux-x86-gtklibs-2.2
2. launch vmware
3.

Actual Results:  
following errors occured and vmware quitted.

            <thetext>I concur with this.  Seeing how many users have /tmp as non-executable for
security reasons, scripts should NOT assume to be able to execute code on /tmp.</thetext>
