<thetext>I just downloaded and compiled the new version of stardict-2.4.5, and it worked well under my
gentoo ppc64 linux(not 2.4.4). It seems the author has solved the problem under 64-bit
systems like x86_64 and ppc64 in this version. May be someone could make an ebuild of it.</thetext>

            <thetext>Alastair,

Any chance of putting together a 2.4.5 version?</thetext>

<thetext>Please don't mark bugs as fixed unless it's fixed in the tree, thanks.

I added stardict-2.4.6, so ppc64 guys, could you see if this still works for your arch, and keyword if so?</thetext>
