us to see what the important changes are (if any) in the ebuilds. I have added  
these to portage, but they are in p.mask due to being betas. The look pretty  
good, and work well over here. It is much improved - I have become addicted to  
this app recently... It is very good. </thetext>

            <thetext>Well beta2 still doesn&apos;t seem to be out, and I am unable to reproduce your   
error with configure. I have looked at the appropriate lines in configure and  
they look fine to me. Beta 2 is still not out. May be an emerge info will give  
me some clues, but I really cannot see why configure is bailing. Have you had  
issues with other programs? Marking the bug as LATER due to beta 2 still not 
being release. </thetext>

digikam-0.8.0_beta1 emerged without any problems, but beta2 doesn&apos;t.
I can reproduce this error, when I change into
&quot;/var/tmp/portage/digikam-0.8.2-beta2/work/digikam-0.8.2-beta2&quot; and type
