Point your browser to http://${VHOST_HOSTNAME}/${VHOST_APPDIR}
to complete the install. The initial username is "admin" and the
password is "admin" (can be changed during install).

Please change the permission for ".htaccess" and "config.php" to
world writable, before doing the setup. After the setup you can
change the permission back to 640.
