Hi!

gbhed is a program for translating the Al Bhed cipher found in the popular Final Fantasy X game series. It comes as a package of two programs, a command line tool and a gtk frontend.  Please refer to the program website for details: http://liquidchile.net/software/gbhed/

The ebuild leverages the gtk use flag to determine whether or not the frontend should be built.

I suggest games-util or games-misc as possible categories.
