Bump and a cleaner ebuild. Fixed autotools dependecies. I don't tested with the doc flag because i don't want to install doxygen.

Sorry fo the multiple attachments. My proxy was failing and giving me errors when I was trying to upload the ebuild.
Created attachment 102318 [details] clhep-1.9.3.0.ebuild Added icc USE flag.
Created attachment 102319 [details, diff] gcc-configure.patch This patch fixes errors during ./configure if the user has icc installed but does not turn on the icc USE flag. Basically it erases icc of the list of possible compilers which can compile clhep.
Created attachment 102320 [details] clhep-2.0.3.0.ebuild Bump. Dont tested with the doc USE flag.
Hi, Thanks for your work. I just put clhep-2.0.3.2 in the science overlay for testing before a possible inclusion into the main tree. The ebuild is quite different from the ones posted here. Also I have not put yet the doc keyword: make docs failed (even with latex2html), and as I don't know if your Doxyfile is still up-to-date, this is still work in progress. Please test and report any patch/improvements here.
Great work Sébastien! The ebuild compiles correctly even in the presence of icc. Does this mean that your are working on a possible ebuild for geant4? I say it because I tried to make one some time ago (but failed miserably :-), and that's why I intended to perfect the ebuild for clhep. If that's case I will like to help you in any way I can. Carlos

Eventually the idea is to have geant4 in portage since it is a fairly popular package in hep. But I am not a geant4 user, so any help is welcome. If you have any ebuild for it, please post it in another bug and we will work it out. Thanks
Now in main portage tree. Thanks all!
