To speed things up a bit, I have adapted the exim-4.50-r1.ebuild for new
mailer-config scheme. I'm attaching the ebuild, diff, and new a .mailer config
file.

Colin, Jay, I can even add this ebuild to portage if you allow me to. Of course
it will be package.mask-ed, until the day D, when we unmask mailer-config aware
ebuilds for all big MTAs.

As I'm still working on all the MTA ebuilds, here is an updated diff to
exim-4.50-r1.ebuild. This one doesn't install /usr/bin/rmail,
/usr/lib/sendmail, /usr/bin/mailq and /usr/bin/newaliases if mailwrapper flag
is on, but instead this is handled by an updated files/mailer.conf (attached
next).
