      Name: gmime-sharp
   5.
      Description: .NET binding for GMime
   6.
      Version: 2.1.14
   7.
      Libs: -r:${libdir}/mono/gmime-sharp/gmime-sharp.dll
   8.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a fresh  dev-libs/gmime Install
2. Try to install beagle
3.

Actual Results:
gconf-sharp gmime-sharp >= 2.1.13) not met; consider adjusting the
PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard
prefix so pkg-config ... Variable 'exec_prefix' not defined in
'/usr/lib/pkgconfig/gmime-sharp.pc'.

Expected Results:
The fist line in /usr/lib/pkgconfig/gmime-sharp.pc should be
