The latest version of jaxen is 1.6. According to http://jaxen.org/status.html,
prior beta versions should no longer be distributed because they contain code
not distributable under that license.

jaxen-1.1_beta6.ebuild

This is my current state of working on this ebuild. I still haven't compiled
the package, and I'm running out of time right now, but I wouldn't want my
efforts so far to be lost.

Changes:
- don't hard code beta level
- depend on xom
- set noget flag to avoid additional downloads
