Description:   Opened: 2005-06-08 01:37 0000 
scliba build install BEpsf and SEpsf with an incorrectly set SCI variable. It
also does not include then in the bin directory leaving then on
/usr/lib/scilab-3.0/bin.

I aim to fix that soon. Just for the record, *lots* of files in Scilab 
reference "/var/tmp/portage/scilab-yada-yada", including documentation and 
scripts.
