arch teams,

please test the package.masked version of mirrorselect and mark it ~arch. The old keywords were dropped because this is a complete rewrite. It's python, so it *should* work on every arch.

Also, please note that I may be commiting bug fixes from time to time, so when
you get around to this, please edit the most up to date version in the tree.
