amavisd-new 2.3 will only work with spamassassin >= 3.0
amavisd-new is not dependant on spamassassin, but since there are version checks
on spamassassin in the ebuild already a warning message might be nice.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge "<spamassassin-3.0"
2. emerge amavisd-new
3.

Actual Results:  
amavis: TROUBLE in check_mail: spam_scan FAILED: Can't locate object method
"get_autolearn_status" via package "Mail::SpamAssassin::PerMsgStatus" at (eval
53) line 338.

A pre-emerge warning has been added to both 2.3.0 and 2.3.1 ebuilds. Good
