From the boost.org homepage:
"The Boost web site provides free peer-reviewed portable C++ source libraries.
 The emphasis is on libraries which work well with the C++ Standard Library."

This is just a simple edit of Markus Krainer's <markus-krainer@chello.at>
ebuild for Boost version 1.28. (bug #2581)

I'm not sure (b)jam pick up CXXFLAGS, and I don't know jam well enough.  I might
get time to dig into it during the next weeks time.
