There's qwt-0.4.1.ebuild attached. I suggest x11-libs/ as the category. It's a
small Qt-based 2D plotting library which is already rather old. The main purpose
for it are scientific and technical applications, so not many users will need
this, but I think it's a nice-to-have.

library in /usr/lib but setting links
