I am using Azureus in KDE with gtk-qt-engine all tooltips in other applications 
(QT and KDE aps) are displayed ligth yelow with a small black border. But in 
Azures the tooltip becomes grey (as the rest of azureus) and without any border 
at all.

I am submiting this bug here because I can't track it down to a serten package - 
it can be in azureus, swt or gtk-qt-engine

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
The tooltips in azureus become gray without any border

Expected Results:  
The tooltips shuld be ligth yellow with a small black border as all other 
tooltips are

The ugly tooltips seems only to appear when pointing on the tabs for switching 
between "My Torrent's", "Setting's" and the specefic torrent info tabs

Ok ok - the gray tooltips is also displayd on the helth icon - let's simpely say 
that SOME tooltips is disblayed with wrong colors in azureus

please - try 2.3.0.4 and reopen if it's still a problem
