Bugzilla Bug 94253

I am using Azureus in KDE with gtk-qt-engine all tooltips in other applications 
(QT and KDE aps) are displayed ligth yelow with a small black border. But in 
Azures the tooltip becomes grey (as the rest of azureus) and without any border 
at all.

I am submiting this bug here because I can't track it down to a serten package
- 
it can be in azureus, swt or gtk-qt-engine

The ugly tooltips seems only to appear when pointing on the tabs for switching 
between "My Torrent's", "Setting's" and the specefic torrent info tabs

Ok ok - the gray tooltips is also displayd on the helth icon - let's simpely
say 
that SOME tooltips is disblayed with wrong colors in azureus

please - try 2.3.0.4 and reopen if it's still a problem
