Description:   Opened: 2005-05-24 03:31 0000 
Gimp 2.2.7 includes a "svg" use-flag and a configure patch to enable/disable
svg support, but doesn't set the option.
You should add to the econf section of the ebuild the line:

`use_enable svg` \
