First of all, latest proteinpredictor versions don't work with boinc which is
in portage. Please upgrade the ebuild to use the current public_cvs snapshot
and wxwindows 2.6. This will be boinc-4.42.ebuild

Secondly, you may want to modify the metadata.xml: it refers to "quickplot."

I have fixed the metadata file - sorry about that, you caught me using an
existing metadata.xml I created as a template. I have been testing a few of the
snapshots and they are failing to compile the gui for me here. Which snapshot
are you using? I can build fine without the GUI, but not with.

------- Comment #2 From Jon Hood (RETIRED) 2005-05-24 14:10:30 0000 -------
hmm, just tried to use the recent snapshot with the gui and it also failed.
Looks like we'll have to wait on upstream for this one.

See bug #91930 it has an updated ebuild for boinc 4.45

------- Comment #4 From Olivier Fisette 2005-08-13 17:22:13 0000 -------
Boinc 4.72 is now in Portage.
