please add sys-libs/gdbm as a dependancy of jpilot-backup.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge jpilot-backup
2. watch config fail and ask for gdbm
3.

Actual Results:  
configure fails:
[...]
creating libtool
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /bin/install -c
checking for main in -lgdbm... no
configure: error: *** GDBM not installed - please install first ***


Expected Results:  
emerged gdbm as a dependancy.
