I tried to emerge eel-2.10.0 and got the following error:

Today I tried emerging gnome-2.10 instead of just trying nautilus-2.10 and
everything worked OK.  I'm guessing it to be some sort of version issue... but
I'm not sure exactly what package was update that caused everything to work.

The call is for a function only introduced in more recent gtk+ versions. Fixed
up the dep in the ebuild.
