Created an attachment (id=57423) [details] ebuild for xblast-images ebuild that installs images used by xblast
Created an attachment (id=57424) [details] ebuild for xblast-levels ebuild that installs levels used by xblast
Created an attachment (id=57425) [details] ebuild for xblast-models ebuild that installs models used by xblast
Created an attachment (id=57426) [details] ebuild for xblast-musics ebuild that installs the musics used by xblast
Created an attachment (id=57427) [details] ebuild for xblast-sounds ebuild that installs sounds used by xblast
An ebuild for xblast-2.10.2 that no longer downloads every extra every time it is updated. This way extras can be updated without the need to recompile xblast, or download every other extras.
Just have the xblast ebuild install what it needs please. We don't break things out like that on Gentoo.

Looks like it installs the music and sounds in the same directory. Is that correct?
Yes, both music and sounds go into the sound directory, as from the INSTALL file: o move sounds dir to xblast/sounds, if you have it o move content of musics dir to xblast/sounds, if you have it And, both sounds and music works after the install (well, at least here ;)
