Description:   Opened: 2005-04-23 05:20 0000
just updated to windowmaker-0.91.0-r4 now

previously I was able to drag up and down to move the dock vertically, and left or
right to move the dock to one side of the screen.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click the top doc icon
2.drag left/right/up/down
3.profit

Actual Results:
nothing.
