The brand spanking new BlameTheIRS version of crm114 is out!  One of the
wonderful things that it fixes is the dependency on procmail and therefore bug
#69358.  It's tested on x86.

Ebuild for new crm114 version

Unfortunately the new Makefile doesn't work properly when MAKEOPTS > -j 1. 
However, crm114 isn't really a huge program, so it's not that bad. One of these
days I'll look into fixing that and sending it upstream.
