Bug 8926 – Gkrellm2 plugins ebuilds

8 pluggins and 2 CPAN modules.
The file is a tar.gz
I dont know if i was supposed to do the ChangeLogs, i did some of them but i
dont think they are ok.
I think this clears http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8540.
Also there might be problems with x11-plugins/gkrellm-plugins because this will
install gkrellm 1.2 and some of the pluggins will be installed for 1.2 and some
will install gkrellm2.

gkrellmlaunch for gkrellm2

ebuild of gkrellmlaunch plugin for version which has been ported to
gtk+-2/gkrellm2

gkrellstock can't be added for the moment, because of the freeze. I broke the
freeze rule by adding aclock plugin, but the stock plugin requires cpan modules
to be added as well, so will delay that.
