New developer to take over maintanance of mirrorselect and other small goodies.
He hails from New Rochelle, NY and goes by the nick of tercel.

I am happy to mentor if he would like me to.
details about the quiz and the handbook have been given.

begin the retirement process.
If we do retire you, it's pretty easy to come back when you are ready. Just
do the ebuild/end-quiz again and you're back on.
