We should upgrade the aspell version from 0.50.1 to 0.50.2

It has a number of fixes. It fixes bug #8734.

From the Changelog:

Changes from 0.50.1 to 0.50.2 (Sep 28, 2002)

  * Fixed a number of bugs in ispell compatibility mode
  * Fixed a number of bugs with the handling of replacement pairs
  * Other miscellaneous bug fixes
  * Additional Win32 portability fixes
  * Added the Ukrainian KOI8-U charset.

I just ran "cp aspell-0.50.1.ebuild aspell-0.50.2.ebuild" to get the new ebuild.
There are no major changes in 0.50.2 aside from bug fixes AFAIK. After I
upgraded aspell, evolution, abiword, and koffice all seemed to spell check
correctly.

This is the exact same ebuild as before. I just changed the filename. It seems
to work.
