Description:   Opened: 2002-10-03 11:44 0000 
I did a fresh install of 1.4, instead of going the upgrade route from 1.2 and
emerging snes9x died repeatedly.  The errors repeatedly meantioned svga ...
something .. so I did an emerge -s svga.  I emerged svgalib, and snes9x was then
able to compile.

Wasn't sure of the best way to handle this descrepency, so I filed a bug.

imho snes9x ebuild needs more than just 'svga' added to the DEPEND ... so i'm 
gonna take this bug to fix the ebuild

added a spiffier ebuild to cvs ...
