app-i18n/scim-anthy-0.3.1 compiles and runs fine on my G4 Cube (system details
below).  Maybe the ~PPC keyword should be added to this ebuild?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. (on PPC)
2. echo "app-i18n/scim-anthy ~*" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
3. emerge scim-anthy

Actual Results:  
Able to use Anthy SCIM module to type in Japanese.
