Description:   Opened: 2005-03-22 11:35 0000
I emerged realplayer, which emerged fine, but when I tried to run it, I got the
error below.

Onthe advice on #gentoo-amd64 I emerged emul-linux-x86-gtklibs, which fixed the
problem

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge realplayer without emul-linux-x86-gtklibs installed
2. run realplayer (binary name 'realplay')
3.

Actual Results:
/opt/RealPlayer/realplay.bin: error while loading shared libraries:
libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

------- Comment #1 From Alastair Tse (RETIRED) 2005-03-23 06:21:02 0000 -------
chris, you might want to change metadata.xml to reflect your maintainership of
the package now.

------- Comment #2 From Saurabh Singhvi 2005-03-27 18:37:48 0000 -------
also there seems to be some size problems........even after complete download
the ebuild gives some errror that unable to download.....how does one chnge the
size expected of a files in portage??

------- Comment #3 From Jan Brinkmann (RETIRED) 2005-04-11 05:12:18 0000 -------
fixed in cvs, thanks for reporting and for supporting our development.

Alastair:
i've also updated the metadata.xml according to you comment and entered media-video as the maintainer. if that was wrong, feel free to revoke my changes.
