I'd like to see emms added to the portage app-emacs/ tree. Hopefully some 
fellow will have time and will to care about this package. :-)

Added to portage.  There was app-emacs/emms-cvs of course, but it was a live
CVS
ebuild.  The version included in app-emacs/emms is a snapshot of CVS, but it
is quite stable.
