This ebuild supercedes bug #75964 which was never added, and still has NEW
status.

CEGUI is Crazy Eddie's GUI System, a GUI library designed to be used in games
and applications using opengl or various game engines.

Oh, and I've tested it on amd64 and x86 and it seems to work fine for me.

Okay, there seems to be a bug in that when you disable the OpenGLRenderer
(-opengl), make still tries to compile it but fails. I can't quite see what's
causing it.
