Duncan is -- after araujo, who has already joined -- the second of two
developers who answered my call for support in the Haskell herd from a while
ago. I would very much like to see Duncan welcomed into the Gentoo team.

Duncan is an excellent Haskell programmer and very suited to maintain packages
-- furthermore, he is an upstream developer of the gtk2hs package and has
valuable knowledge in porting ghc/Haskell programs to non-x86 architectures.

Both quizzes in and all present and correct.

Duncan is having some issues with his ssh setup so his access isn't really rolling yet.
