Description:   Opened: 2005-03-17 03:25 0000
{app-text,dev-util,app-arch}/par all install conflicting files.

The two conflicting files are:

/usr/share/man/man1/par.1.gz owned by:
  app-text/par
  dev-util/par

/usr/bin/par owned by:
  app-arch/par
  dev-util/par

It is thus impossible to install any two of them without collisions.

Good luck!

seems like app-arch/par was supposed to get moved to app-arch/par2cmdline or
something, but doesn't seem to have been completed. Anyway, the three of you
can battle this out.

app-arch/par and app-arch/par2cmdline are seperate programs on purpose.
upstream's keeping both of them going (par2cmdline can read par1 stuff, but not create it).

Err, someone add blockers there and close this, perhaps?
