The attached patch and ebuild adds man pages for desktop-file-utils. 

They were written by Ross Burton <ross@burtonini.com> for Debian, but he gives permission for including them with other distros.

And removed in 0.15 because they are outdated by now. Please also see bug

If you want them back, please coordinate with either upstream, Debian, or preferably both.
