the package media-gfx/iconutils-0.23.0 is marked as "~x86 ~ppc"

under amd64 the package compiles/works fine so "~amd64" should be added

This is "icoutils" not "iconutils" (!)

Please add "~amd64" to KEYWORDS for media-gfx/icoutils-0.23.0 

Compiles/works here also on amd64
