here is an update of the vimpatch tar.bz2 it has all patchs up to 197(current as of me typing this) this will allow removing of the patchs added in last couple of days for minimal features compiling to work only vim and gvim need updating afaik i didnt see anything that affects the base part of vim

works for me.
i noticed today that a patch fails and i traced it back to the vim-6.0-gcc31.patch and if someone with gcc 3.1 try building vim with out that patch and it works fine my guess it can be removed and if it cant be removed can we move that patch and others so they patch after the patchs from the vim devs? (aka whats in vim-patch-1-197.tar.bz2) so those patchs wont fail
