This is a bugfix release which makes mppenc totally gapless between tracks, and
solves all known problem samples.

The ebuild and the two patches from v1.15t can be simply renamed to 1.15u :-)

Oh, just a little glitch, I think the 1.15u encoder still says v1.15t.
